BamaHammer evidentially thinks very little of Bryan Harsin, Allen Greene, and the Auburn football program as a whole.

Perhaps harboring sour grapes from a national championship game that served as a Crimson Crane to the gut of all Alabama fans, BH’s Ronald Evans took aim at two of the most notable employees of Auburn University.

Evans called the pair ‘sitting ducks’ in their current seats, just biding time until eventually being let go.

He spoke ill of the athletics department at large while talking about unfound ‘behind-the-scenes’ chatter about AU athletic department heads wanting Greene gone, and used that as the springboard to saying that Bryan Harsin’s tenure was always shaky:

"Greene is by most accounts a solid administrator but lacks enough clout and control to remedy many of the ills of Auburn athletics. According to Marshall and others, Greene wants out and others in Auburn hope he finds a new job soon. Having been hired by Greene, who was opposed to firing Malzahn, Bryan Harsin’s tenure was shaky from day one."

A wait-and-see approach is here is necessary. 2021 was far from ideal for Bryan Harsin, but it’s premature to say that he and Greene are on the hot-seat after just one losing season on the gridiron that fell apart due in large part because of the loss of the team’s starting QB, Bo Nix.

Evans doesn’t feel waiting is necessary, though, offering the sky-is-falling Bammer line of thinking regarding Auburn’s AD and head football coach:

"In an odd way that typifies Auburn, both Allen Greene and Bryan Harsin are lame ducks. What is left are when they find exits and the subsequent choices to replace them."

Fly War Eagle will wait and see, but if you want our opinion, Nate Oats will be gone from his current role before either Bryan Harsin or Allen Greene leaves the Plains.
