Dotson (illness) didn't play Friday against the Hustle after entering the league's health and safety protocols.
Dotson's absence means he will miss at least a couple of games for Austin, and right now there's no timetable for his return. Dotson scored in double digits in 10 of his 12 appearances for Austin during the G League showcase, but he's yet to play in the regular season.
