Early morning fire in Fort Pierce

FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) — St. Lucie County Fire Rescue responded to a reported structure fire early Sunday morning in Fort Pierce.

Firefighters says the fire occurred of Ohio Avenue with crews arriving on scene around 5:40 a.m.

One victim was located and rescued from the home. Their condition is currently unknown.

The fire was reported out at 5:46 a.m. and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
