ROSEVILLE, Mich. (WWJ) – A woman has been arrested after pulling out a gun in a fit of road rage along I-94 Saturday night.

A 28-year-old Roseville woman is facing possible charges after the incident, which happened shortly before 8:30 p.m., according to Michigan State Police.

Authorities say two vehicles “had been road raging” when they pulled onto the shoulder of I-94 in the city of Roseville. One of the drivers, the 28-year-old Roseville woman, pulled out a pistol and racked a round into the chamber in front of the other driver, MSP said.

The suspect left the scene but was soon located by troopers and still had the pistol in her possession – illegally, according to MSP.

The woman did not have a CPL and was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and brandishing a firearm.

Charges are pending a prosecutor review.

Police have not released any details about the other driver or what led to the road rage incident.
