Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 15: Can Gyutaro Make Daki More Powerful?


It's time for another episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 and things are really heating up in the Entertainment District arc. Tengen Uzui is getting ready fight Daki and Gyutaro, who proudly confirmed they work as a pair. This is a dangerous thing for the Sound Hashira considering that the siblings both hold the Upper Rank Six title and have proven to be formidable opponents. But is it possible that Gyutaro is capable of making his own sister even more powerful as they prepare to face the Demon Slayers?

Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 15: Will Gyutaro Make Daki Even More Powerful?

In Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 14, Gyutaro emerged when Daki called for him after she was decapitated by Tengen Uzui. Her brother then tends to the crying Daki, instantly putting her head back on and healing the burns on her face that were caused by Nezuko's Blood Demon Art.

It may have been a small detail in the episode but it does tease the fact that Gyutaro is able to help Daki when she needs to be stronger. So can her brother actually do something to make Daki even more powerful as they face off against the Demon Slayers? There's a huge chance we'll find out this Sunday.

The previous episode concluded with Uzui facing off against Gyutaro who managed to injure him with his blood sickles. As the Sound Hashira launched an attack that should have been able to injure the demon, it is then revealed that Daki used her obi to protect both of them. That's when Gyutaro proudly announced that they work as a pair, confirming that the Demon Slayers will have to face them together.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 Episode 15 is titled Gathering ("Shuketsu") which refers to the manga's 87th chapter. Yukaku-hen Episode 8 will premiere on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at 11:15 PM JST.
