A found dog was turned over to the Shippensburg Police Department.

The dog appears to be young black and white border collie. The dog was found in Shippensburg, on Saturday January 22 at about 1:00 p.m.

Police are trying to make contact with the owner before turning the dog over to the animal shelter.
