Chrissy Teigen beams for the camera in a stylish outfit as she kicks off the weekend... after celebrating six months of sobriety

Chrissy Teigen is happily celebrating the weekend. 

The 36-year-old posted a series of new selfies to her nearly 37 million Instagram followers on Saturday and said, 'cheeeeeers to the FREAKIN WEEKEND.'

In the posts, Chrissy stunned in a black blazer and a white button up top that was left slightly undone. She paired her top with light wash denim jeans and a black belt. 

The mother-of-two wore black and nude strapped sandals and a black crossbody bag that had a gold chain. 

Chrissy's make-up look was effortless as she wore nude lipstick and a bright under eye. She left a few pieces of her dirty blonde hair out of her low-bun that beautifully framed her face. 

Chrissy posted a video with her youngest child, Miles, three, to her Instagram story. In the video, Miles was in his dinosaur pajamas and had two arm fulls of toys. He fell over on top of their couch as the three-year-old appeared to still be tired. 

A few hours later, Chrissy took a video of her husband, musician John Legend, while they were out at lunch. 

John was seated next to his wife as he had his phone propped up, watching the Tennessee Titans take on the Cincinnati Bengals. 'Having lunch with my wife,' John said to the camera. 'What are you talking about?' 

Chrissy and John have been married for nine years and share two children together: Luna, five, and Miles.  

The cookbook author continued to post adorable snaps of her family and dogs, adding a photo of herself sitting on the couch with one pooch in her lap while another one gave her kisses.

'cooking break! the pork is tender and crazy flavorful. I’ll make the salsa roja next then the masa and final product for football tomorrow! (doing on my stories if you’d like the follow along! it’s my first time please don’t get mad at meeee),' she captioned the photo.

The beauty also took to her Story to share an adorable video of John playing mini table hockey with Luna as the couple's adorable four dogs wandered around.

Earlier this week, Chrissy announced she had abstained from alcohol for the last half year as she shared a string of stylish snaps taken from a balcony overlooking a hillside.

Teigen said she was looking forward to resetting her body after a year of giving up drinking as she marveled at the 'endless energy' and reduction in anxiety she had experienced since becoming sober.

'6 months no alcohol! Honestly kind of sucks saying it because even though I don’t ever crave it now, time has not exactly flown by haha,' she posted to Instagram.

'I prob won’t be excited til a larger milestone like at leasssst 5 years, and sometimes I don’t even know if I necessarily won’t ever drink again? I have no idea what I’m doing honestly, but I do know a few things: I now have endless energy, way less anxiety (no more benzos!) and I am *happier* and more present than ever.

'It’s pretty cool. I look forward to having my full body reset after 1 year, then reevaluating to see my new hopes and wishes for the future! Let’s goooo.'

Chrissy has been marking her sobriety milestones on social media ever since giving up alcohol after she was accused of cyberbullying multiple celebrities in cruel tweets - including one post in which she urged a then-teenage Courtney Stodden to kill themselves.
