The Vegas Golden Knights lost another key player to the NHL's COVID protocol.

Forward Mark Stone will reportedly sit out Thursday's game at T-Mobile Arena after entering the protocol this morning.

It comes as the Knights work to shake off a string of losses.

The team has lost the last three games, all of which were at home.

Although they're still holding on to first place in their division, they're falling behind in the Western Conference, with three teams now outperforming them.

The Knights take on the Montreal Canadians Thursday, the same team that knocked them out of the Stanley Cup semifinals last season.

Puck drops at 7 PM.
