Kenny Chesney Sells Off Most Of His Music Catalog

Kenny Chesney has sold off the rights to his successful music catalog. Variety reports that he sold 80 percent of the royalty rights to Hipgnosis Song Management.

The deal includes his catalog beginning with his 1994 debut album, In My Wildest Dreams, all the way up through Live in No Shoes Nation from 2017and takes in 22 albums, 15 have achieved Platinum certification. And 32 of the songs are #1 hits.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
