From rummaging through your clothes for clean(ish) yoga pants to stressing about being late, only to realize on the drive there you forgot your water bottle, it can be a lot—that is, if you can even find time in your schedule to book a class at all. For the days you want to save your energy for your actual workout, you can get a solid sweat session at home. All you need is your mat.

These power yoga practices on YouTube offer you the chance to move through a fast-paced flow anytime and from anywhere. You’ll sweat. You’ll build strength and flexibility. And you’ll move some of that dormant energy trapped in your body. Leave it all on the mat. You’ll feel better when you do.

1. A 30-Minute Sequence for Challenging Yourself

If you’re looking for a power sequence that is both challenging and invigorating—the best of both worlds—consider this practice from Travis Eliot. For the first 15 minutes, you’ll move through an intermediate-level power flow. In the second half of class, you’ll stretch out your warmed-up muscles through longheld Yin yoga postures. Named “Flow and Stretch,” the class is the perfect combination of sweat-inducing movements with stress-relieving poses.

2. A 15-Minute Class for When You’re Short on Time

Only have a few minutes to spare? You don’t need an hour-long practice to work up a sweat and loosen your muscles. In this sequence from SarahBethYoga, you’ll flow through a series of postures designed to strengthen your entire body, including Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Four-Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana), and Standing Splits (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana). If you’re searching for an intermediate-level power sequence, look no further. In this flow, you’ll move through a series of energizing postures, including Warrior 3 Pose (Virabhadrasana 3) and High Lunge, as well as some hip-openers that will invigorate your entire body.
