Death in Paradise spoilers follow.
Death in Paradise plunged DS Florence Cassell into her latest undercover job in tonight's (January 21) episode on BBC One.
After Commissioner Selwyn Patterson assigned her to head a drug-trafficking case based in Jamaica, Florence (Josephine Jobert) faced the difficult decision about whether to accept.
This comes after the recent plot that found DI Neville Parker (Ralf Little) confessing his feelings for her, who Florence eventually shot down.

Throughout tonight's episode, Florence remained conflicted about whether to take the role, which would place her as an undercover aupair. In an emotional scene with the Commissioner, we found out what was stopping her from accepting.
The Commissioner took Florence back to the location she was shot (and saw her fiancé die) in season eight and there she confronted her past trauma.
"I really want this job but I feel angry with myself for being so afraid," Florence told the Commissioner, to which he responded: "Sooner or later you are going to have to deal with what's holding you back."
After they returned from their heart-to-heart, it was eventually Neville who convinced Florence to take the job. Despite being afraid of skydiving, the episode saw him try to overcome his fears.
"You've got to face your fears head on," he told Florence, who finally made her decision and accepted the job offer.
Speaking about what viewers can expect, actress Josephine Jobert said: "I had to change my look for the storyline too, so that was really, really fun to work out the look we wanted to get for Florence. I'm completely different, you can recognise me, but I'm very different from what I'm used to looking like!
"So I'm really excited about this episode because there is a tension all the way through the episode. I think people are going to be super excited about it."
And if the teaser for next week is anything to go by, it looks like Florence may have to face the gun once again.
Death in Paradise resumes next Friday (January 28) at 9pm on BBC One.
