VIDEO: Man wanted for breaking in, stealing items from Hell's Kitchen supermarket

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials on Friday released surveillance footage of a man they are looking to locate and identify in connection to a burglary that occurred at a Hell's Kitchen supermarket earlier this month, authorities said.

Police said the suspect entered a Food Emporium located at 452 West 43 Street through the window on Tuesday, January 4, just after 2 a.m.

Once inside, the suspect proceeded to remove approximately $100 worth of product from the shelves before fleeing in an unknown direction, the NYPD said.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned male, approximately 30-years-old, 5'9" tall, 160lbs. He was last seen wearing a green sweater and black sweatpants.
