GH Alum Julie Berman Welcomes Her Second Child!

Tags:

Please join us in congratulating GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Julie Berman (ex-Lulu) on the birth of her second child! “Introducing the newest little man in my life, Holden Jeffrey Grady,” she shared on Instagram with a photo of the adorable little boy. “Big brother enjoys holding his hand and also blowing him out like a candle.”

Asher, Berman’s first son with husband Michael Grady, was born on Feb. 18, 2019, and if you swipe past the beautiful baby photo of Holden in Mom’s Instagram post below, you’ll see an absolutely precious video of Asher sitting on the couch with a fussy little Holden… and he does indeed blow on his tiny little head like a candle!

Berman made her television debut on the primetime series 7th HEAVEN, but is best known to her fans for playing Lulu Spencer on GH from 2005-13. She earned her first Daytime Emmy Award nomination in the Outstanding Younger Actress category in 2007, and took home that particular trophy in both 2009 and 2010. And in 2013, Berman was awarded the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress.

Since leaving daytime, Berman has appeared in primetime series like TWO AND A HALF MEN and JANE THE VIRGIN. In 2015, she joined the cast of the Hulu comedy series CASUAL in a recurring role and was promoted to series regular in the second season. Later that year, she was cast on CHICAGO MED in a recurring role.

More recently, the actress has appeared in episodes of THE UNICORN and CSI: VEGAS, but right now, her most important role is that of a new mom! Looking forward to more beautiful baby pictures very soon!
