Plumlee is locked in as the starting center in Charlotte and continues to receive steady playing time. However, his productivity has dwindled, with averages of 5.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 0.9 combined steals-plus-blocks across January all marking monthly lows. Also, Plumlee -- a career 56.3 percent free-throw shooter -- is connecting at an embarrassing 35.9 rate on 2.2 attempts per game this season. That makes him a liability in crunch time on a playoff contender. Fantasy managers can likely find better assets on the wire, even in deeper leagues.
