As a storyteller, Shonda Rhimes has redefined the television landscape in so many wonderful ways. In the Office Hours video above, we asked her what it's like to take creative risks and she rejected the premise of the question outright. "I don't think I've taken risks," Shonda says. "I've simply told the stories that are interesting to me." She also goes on to extol the virtues of telling stories that truly matter to you and bringing your authentic self to everything you do.
