Bone chilling cold this morning, as temperatures have fallen into the teens to low twenties across north Texas. And we still have a couple more hours for the temperatures to fall.
Sunshine and less wind will be our weather story today, with afternoon highs only in the low forties.
Prepare for another very cold night tonight to start your weekend. Morning lows will dip into the upper teens to low twenties again. Temperatures will rebound nicely to near 50 by Saturday afternoon.
You'll like Sunday's weather. Clouds will increase late in the day, with afternoon highs near 60゚.
Our next weather change arrives on Monday. Believe it or not, we actually have rain in the forecast. As of now, it looks like the heavier rainfall totals will be south and east of DFW. Afternoon highs will be in the low fifties.
Our next cold front arrives Tuesday morning. Windy and slightly colder temperatures are in the forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday. Readings will top out in the upper forties.
Look for a quick warm up by the end week and into the weekend.
