MOUNT VERNON – If the new year brought revived aspirations for health and fitness, you’re not alone. And here to support your goals, Connections Fitness is a medically supervised health and fitness facility that focuses on preventing and treating lifestyle-related diseases, illnesses and injuries through regular participation in physical activity and health education. The center provides clinical integrations and medical oversight from motivated, degreed staff who are always there when the facility is open.

“Studies show having qualified, trained staff available during your fitness routine equates to better outcomes for the participant,” said Debbie Link, director of Connections Fitness and licensed physical therapist.

Join Connections Fitness during January and receive a reduced enrollment fee and be automatically entered to win four personal training sessions. Membership includes use of a supervised fitness center, two fitness assessments each year, full access to three locations (Mount Vernon, Centerburg and Fredericktown), and a variety of classes including Yoga, AquaFit, Cardio Core, Tai Chi and much more.

New expanded hours in Mount Vernon: Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Sunday from 1-4 p.m.
