Jersey Shore Family Vacation: Angelina rumor mill churns from Red Bank to Los Angeles

“Rumor is a pipe blown by surmises, jealousies, conjectures,” Shakespeare said.

Shakespeare never met Angelina Pivarnick.

Angelina, for some reason, decided to say that fellow cast member (and not-so-secret crush) Vinny Guadagnino “got a girl pregnant” at a roomie dinner at Catch 19 in Red Bank on the Jan. 20 episode of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation.”

We're not quite why Angelina did it. On the surface, she seemed to be trying to deflect Pauly DelVecchio's chide about her alleged extra-marital tryst last season in Old Bridge.

But the real reason seems to go to a deeper, unfathomable place.   

“The roommates always make up rumors about me and I think they deserve a little taste of their own medicine at this point,” Angelina said.

Pauly D shot the “rumor” down pretty quickly when he got Vinny on the phone from Los Angeles to deny the accusation.

Still, feelings seemed to be hurt.

“People make up stories and rumors about us all the time, but it's not cool when it's coming from your inner circle,” Vinny said. “Spreading a fake lie about me is crossing a line and that's like a snake move.”

Angelina said that husband Chris Larangeira started the Vinny rumor. Angelina and Chris are currently having martial problems, according to the show. It's noted that Angelina went to the Headliner in Neptune to see Pauly D spin without Chris after the Catch 19 dinner. 

“I wouldn't put it past Angelina and Chris to be making this up just to get the attention away from their messy lives,” Vinny said.

Vinny seemed a bit lost since he moved to Los Angeles, Deena Cortese said. She, Angelina and Jenni “JWoww” Farley fly out to console him. The problem is Vinny has just sold his LA home and moving back East.

“I love being out here and I am meeting people and getting opportunity,” said Vinny to his mom on the phone. “I know this is where I'm supposed to be, but if being out here makes me not see my family and friends, maybe I don't want that.” 

So once Deena and Angelina get out there (Jenni is stuck at Newark), they only have 24 hours to spend with Vinny, who has a flight back the next day.

The visit didn't start out well and it went downhill from there. Even Angelina's housewarming gift to Vinny fell flat.

“It's a love fern from Angelina,” Vinny said. “Fake and plastic, just like you.”

Back in Holmdel, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino put new mom Lauren Sorrentino’s placenta in the microwave oven as part of a placenta encapsulation.

“Oh my god, that looks like a jumbo shrimper,” Mike said.

After the microwave, they put it into a blender with ice, and added seasoning, too. A nurse is on hand, and they're wearing scrubs. Lauren then takes a sip of the placenta smoothie.

“It's surprisingly sweet,” Lauren said. “You want some?”

Mike, for once, is speechless.

“Jersey Shore Family Vacation” airs at 8 p.m. Thursdays on MTV.
