In their eighth episode of “Over The Popcorn Bowl,” seniors Alyssa Clark, Amanda Hare, Gabriella Winans and Christi Norris discuss and review one of the newest Netflix Original movies, “Don’t Look Up.” The movie came out Dec. 5, 2021 on Netflix, and stars big names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawerence, Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Ariana Grande and more. Directed by Adam McKay, the main plot follows Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Kate DiBlasky (Jennifer Lawerence) who go on a media tour to alert everyone of a nine kilometer wide comet, named Comet DiBlasky, that will send mile-high tsunamis across the Earth, ending human life permanently.
