With no catchers on O's current 40-man roster, would Caleb Joseph reunion be possible?

The Orioles are one month away from Spring Training, even less time when pitchers and catchers report on February 15th. Currently, there are no catchers on the O's active roster or 40-man. The current shutdown hasn't helped any club in building their roster for camp.

We know the O's future is in the rebuild with baseball's top prospect, catcher Adley Rutschman. But until that day comes, the O's are missing catching depth for the start of the 2022 season.
Would former Oriole catcher Caleb Joseph (2014-18) be an option in 2022? Joseph tell Morgan Adsit there's interest and "a chance" it happens.
