Molly Yeh Just Gave Birth to Another Child — How Many Kids Does She Have Now?

There are so many brilliant chefs on the Food Network who know their way around the kitchen. Molly Yeh happens to be one of those people. She’s a popular cookbook author and the star of an awesome show for foodies called Girl Meets Farm. She's even hosting the show Spring Baking Championship as well.

According to Molly‘s official website, traveling, creative recipes, attending events, and cookbooks are the main focuses of her life. And even with all of this going on, she's just given birth to another child. How many kids does she have now?

Spending time in the kitchen filming new episodes for Food Network isn't the only thing that take up Molly's time and energy. She’s been married to her husband, Nick Hagan, since 2014. Interestingly enough, he's the reason the couple decided to move from New York City to the Midwest to focus on raising their family. The couple crossed paths for the first time as students at Juilliard where he was studying the trombone and she was a percussionist.

These days, Nick and Molly are thriving when it comes to parenthood. She gave birth to their first child, Bernadette Rosemary "Bernie" Yeh Hagen, in March 2019. Based on the pictures Molly shares on Instagram, being a mother to her young daughter has been a lovely journey so far. Some parents opt out of big city life when it comes time to raise their little ones, and that’s what Molly and Nick felt was best.

Molly tends to get super creative in the kitchen with her recipes, whether she's decorating delicious sugar cookies, baking colorful birthday cakes, or doing something else. Whatever treats her daughter Bernadette might be craving can easily be added to their menu at home since Molly is fully capable of bringing any dish to life. Not a bad gig for a kid!

In September 2021, Molly announced her second pregnancy on Instagram and said that her due date was in February 2022. Based on several of Molly‘s recent Instagram pics, her second pregnancy seemed to be just as enjoyable as her first one was. She still spent time in the kitchen baking up a storm and continued filming new episodes of Girl Meets Farm for Food Network.

Back in November 2021, she posted a photo of herself wearing a matching hoodie and sweatpants with a caption saying, “Waddling into third trimester! And I’m bringing all the sweatsuits!"

Then, on Feb. 22, 2022, Molly posted an update to her Instagram to let fans know that she had given birth to her second daughter.

"Ira Dorothy Yeh Hagen was born on Sunday at 9:20 a.m., between two snowstorms," Molly wrote in the post's caption. "I think she looks just like a tiny Bernie and also a tiny grandpa." Molly also said that she and Nick agreed on the name Dorothy because Nick's great great grandma Dorothea was the original matriarch of their farm. And they came to love the name Ira after a friend of theirs suggested it.

Since giving birth, Molly hasn't slowed down. She's currently hosting the latest season of Spring Baking Championship, which has new episodes on Food Network on Mondays at 8 p.m. EST. And ever since she's given birth, she's continued to post yummy food to her Instagram. Plus, you can watch Girl Meets Farm on Sundays at 11 p.m. EST.
