How to enable 2FA in Fortnite Chapter 3
Below are full instructions to get 2FA or MFA activated on your account so you can be protected and enjoy your rewards. Follow through and you should find yourself secure and happy when all is done.
- Click this Epic Games link and enter your Account Settings, navigate to the Password & Security tab, and finally your Security Settings.
- Under Two-Factor Authentication click Enable Authenticator App or Enable Email Authentication. The App method will, of course, require use of a smartphone app for each login, while the Email authentication will require access to your email address inbox for each login.
If you opt to use an Authenticator App for Fortnite – preferable to email in many situations – you can use one of the following apps:
