Audiomodern’s Playbeat gets ‘SMART’ algorithm in v3.1 update

Audiomodern has announced an update to the Playbeat next generation creative groove engine for Windows, macOS and iPad.

Version 3.1 introduces a brand-new ‘SMART’ algorithm, a new technology developed over the past year by Audiomodern.

We’re taking a unique step into a new field of A.I. for music production software. You can now train the app to learn your preferred patterns with your day-to-day activity. The app then adapts to your own style and it generates personalized patterns to achieve the perfect user experience. In this way, as you improve, it becomes more advanced to suit your needs.

The version 3.1 update is now available as a free download for existing users, along with 3 Free Packs.

Playbeat is available for Windows and macOS (VST/VST3, AU, AAX and standalone), priced 69 EUR / $79 USD at the Audiomodern shop and from distributor Plugin Boutique. The iOS/AUv3 version is $9.99 USD at the App Store.
