“Healthy Habits: Eating and Sleeping”

Case Western Reserve University’s chapter of Beta Theta Pi is sponsoring a community-wide discussion on building healthy routines with nutrition and rest as a college student.

“Healthy Habits: Eating and Sleeping” will be held Saturday, Jan. 22, from 4 to 5 p.m. via Zoom. It will be led by Abby Opher, a pediatric nutrition support dietitian at Cleveland Clinic.

Opher graduated from CWRU in 2019 with a BS in Human Nutrition and achieved her MS in Nutrition Sciences in 2021. During this seminar, she will speak about building improved habits in terms of eating and sleeping. Specifically, she’ll focus on how students can transition from where they are now to a more fulfilling and healthy lifestyle.
