More than 950 houses listed from $60,000 to $150,000 in the Erie area have sold since July 2021, according to Realtor.com

What’s selling in the under $150,000 market in Erie?

The short answer would be almost everything. 

Right now in the Erie area, according to Realtor.com, more than 950 houses from $60,000 to $150,000 have sold since July. Here are just a few of those that sold in the past few weeks, some that are pending sales and a few that were still for sale:

This three-bedroom home at 2803 Oakwood St. in Erie recently sold for $134,900.

This three-bedroom home with one bath is in a popular neighborhood and includes 1,275 square feet and an attached one-car garage. Recently sold, it features hardwood flooring, a spacious master bedroom, updated kitchen, awesome deck and fenced-in yard. Built in 1942, it also offers a security system. It was listed Nov. 15 at $139,900.

Recently sold, this three-bedroom home with one bath and 1,651 square feet looks almost new. Built in 1929, it is completely updated and every room has something new, but the charm of its original woodwork shines through. Newer laminate flooring adds a major update and cathedral ceilings highlight some rooms. It was listed in November at $125,000. That’s right, it sold for over asking price.
