PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (WCHS) —
A search warrant was served Wednesday morning at a medical facility in Paintsville, Ky.

The warrant was served at Appalachian Family Medicine, according to a post on the Johnson County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.
The Drug Enforcement Administration's Lexington Office served the warrant and was assisted by the sheriff's office, the sheriff's office said.
The case is ongoing, and no additional details have been released at this time.
