A man was arrested on drug charges after Mobile police said they seized marijuana and marijuana edibles with a street value of more than $250,000.
Howard Marks Jr., whose criminal history includes manufacturing controlled substances, possession of controlled substances and robbery, was charged with trafficking marijuana in a case related to one of the largest drug busts in Mobile in recent years, a city spokeswoman said.
Along with marijuana valued at $257,570, authorities also confiscated more than $23,000 in cash.
The seizure included 86 pounds of marijuana with a street value of more than $200,000, 298 packs of pre-rolled marijuana blunts, 490 cannabis oil cartridges, 261 marijuana vapes, 250 THC cereal bars, 108 ounces of Sweeter High THC Syrup, 39 packs of Sweeter High THC gummies, 298 bars of marijuana edible candy bars and 19 packs of THC peanut butter cups.
