Odd makers put Tomlin high on list to be next Raiders head coach
The rumors of Steelers coach Mike Tomlin leaving won’t go away.
Gambling site BetOnline has set the odds for who the Las Vegas Raiders will hire as their next coach.
Current University of Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh is the top favorite at +200 and then it’s Tomlin.
He is a +300 followed by Rich Bisaccia (+400) Doug Pederson (+500) and Sean Payton (10/1) rounding out the top five.
Last week, Fox Sport’s Jay Glazer said the Raiders could look for trading for Tomlin or Payton.
It seems highly unlikely if almost impossible the Steelers would trade their coach. The Raiders would have to likely give up the farm and more.
But odds makers must be convinced there is something to the story if the odds of him moving to Vegas are so high.
