The Avalanche had Nazim Kadri get selected in the last man in vote and Anaheim had Troy Terry get the nod from the fans. This team is filled with all-stars and it is going to be fun to watch the two teams play, especially considering how well they have been doing all year long.
The Avalanche are riding a three-game win streak into this contest including wins against the Wild, and Coyotes. The Ducks on the other hand have dropped three straight including two road games against the Hawks and Wild as well as a home game against the Penguins.
The Avalanche and Ducks have met twice before this season and the Avs have taken both games in rather big fashion winning 5-2 on 11/24 and 4-2 on 1/2, this will be their last matchup this year.
