Fall Foliage photo contest winners announced

The city of Broadview Heights has announced the winners of its annual fall photo contest.

In total, the city received more than 40 entries in the contest for 2021.

Members of the city’s Shade Tree Commission voted on the entries with the top two vote-getters receiving the awards.

The first-place award was presented to Allyson Kirsch who submitted a photo showcasing crimson-colored foliage, while second place was awarded to Melissa DeGatano, who entered her photo of fall’s golden hues as seen through a garden gazing ball.
