ANN ARBOR, MI -- A woman’s clothing retailer has launched a new location in Briarwood Mall, featuring clothing for women sizes 10-30.
Torrid, located in the JC Penney Wing of Briarwood Mall, specializes in jeans, formal and casual dresses, shorts and other clothing items for plus-size women. It also carries lingerie and bras in cup sizes B-H and band sizes 36-50, as well as shoes with wide options and swimwear.
Torrid also carries “fangirl” lines for Studio Ghibli, Harry Potter, Disney, Looney Tunes and Marvel Studios.
The store currently has eight Michigan locations, including the newly-opened store in Briarwood Mall.
Torrid, located inside Briarwood Mall at 100 Briarwood Circle in Ann Arbor, is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
