Reebok has announced a new capsule with Warner Bros. just in time for the Lunar New Year celebrations. The apparel brand has teamed up with the nostalgic characters of Looney Tunes for an exclusive collection, marking the fifth collaboration between Reebok and Warner Bros.

Taking the fun, exaggerated and unapologetic nature of the Looney Tunes character, the collection embodies the energetic spirit of the ’90s cartoon group. The frenetically wild and outrageous characters allow fans to emulate the bold and zestful personalities in its first capsule release which includes a limited selection of footwear and apparel.

Each footwear silhouette is inspired by one of the beloved Looney Tunes characters. The Reebok Classic Leather Legacy AZ is an ’80s inspired silhouette that has received a makeover from the world’s most “wascally wabbit.” Coming in a grey and pink colorway, the shoe pays homage to Bugs Bunny with its fuzzy suede material and springy details, giving the wearer an extra bounce in their step. The Royal Techque T is inspired by Wile E. Coyote and his passion for dynamite. The shoe features a Wile E. Coyote patch on the tongue and various references to his explosive nature, including a rocket and a “BOOM!” graphic on the heel tab. The apparel pieces come in crewnecks and t-shirts rep the signature action-packed Looney Tunes graphics.

The Reebok x Looney Tunes collection is now available in China online Reebok. The remainder of the collection will be revealed in Spring 2022 for a global launch, alongside a global rollout of the first capsule.

In another Lunar New Year collection, Jil Sander is celebrating the Year of the Tiger with an emblematic collection.
