The 10th annual Asheville Restaurant Week kicked off Tuesday with 37 restaurants participating in the week-long event, that ends Monday.
The restaurants are offering customers specialized menu items and prices.
The restaurant industry has taken a hit during the COVID-19 pandemic and this is a great way for people to show their support for the businesses, said Erin Leonard, with the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce.
"With COVID going on, we really wanted to give people an opportunity to take advantage of restaurants in their way," Leonard said. "So, it’s Asheville’s Best Eats Your Way. So, whether you want to get something to go or delivery or dine in, really, the restaurants are giving you a lot of options to enjoy their great food.”
