Last year, Heather Bilyeu Altman celebrated her birthday with a “sweet and intimate” party in her backyard. While she declared "it was a nice way to kick off" a new year, she took a more over-the-top approach this year to ring in her special day.  

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Altman shared a peek at his wife's celebratory weekend in a January 16 Instagram post. "Happy birthday baby!!!" he wrote. "Hope you had the best birthday weekend. Nothing like an impromptu vegas trip to celebrate what an incredible wife, mom, and boss you are. I'm the luckiest man in the world having you by my side. We can still hang with the best of them, just takes us a little longer to recover."

"Big shout out to the [Wynn Las Vegas] for the hotel," he continued. "[Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas] for an awesome [dining] experience and coolest [restaurant] I've ever seen, [XS Las Vegas] for the club and [Gene Simmons] thanks uncle Gene for letting me use your insane house for the dinner party."

Many of Josh's photos in the post showed the gorgeous details of the dinner party. There were beautiful pink, purple, and white floral arrangements on the candle-lit table, elegant glassware, and a stunning white cake topped with pink flowers. In an Instagram Story, Josh also shared a peek at their dinner, which included "the best pasta for the birthday girl."
