HOLT COUNTY—Three people were injured in an accident just after 12:30p.m. Tuesday in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Samantha J. Kelly, 32, Oregon, Mo, was northbound on Route B one mile north of Holt 285 three miles east of Oregon.
The driver lost control on the slush covered road. The vehicle traveled off the road, struck an embankment, several small trees and landed in a creek.
Atchison-Holt ambulance transported Kelly and two passengers, a 4-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy to Mosaic Life Care. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
