Minnesota Timberwolves at New York Knicks, 7:30 pm Eastern

Detroit Pistons at Golden State Warriors, 10 pm Eastern

The Pick: Teaser New York +9.5 w/Golden State -8.5 -138, bet $20.62 to win $15

New York stuck it to me yesterday but I’m sticking with them today. Even with the loss to Charlotte, the Knicks are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven, so teasing them from just a home dog to a home dog getting almost double-digits should help. Minnesota is coming off a big win against Golden State and tonight they kick off a short road trip. I suspect they’ll come out a little flat tonight, while New York will want to make up for a poor performance. Speaking of Golden State, their loss to the Timberwolves is why I’m teasing them with the Knicks. The Warriors' loss should help them re-focus tonight playing at home against a Detroit team that’s just 3-18 on the road. In their last matchup, Golden State won by just three in Detroit, so I think they’ll be looking to put the hurt on. I trust them enough to tease them with the Knicks.
