FARGO-MOORHEAD (KFGO) – Poor travel conditions were reported across eastern, central and northern North Dakota and west-central Minnesota Tuesday afternoon and evening with blowing snow and strong winds significantly reducing travel speeds and visibility.
There was near zero to zero visibility on sections of I-94 and I-29. Late Tuesday, MNDOT issued no travel advisories for Highway 210 between Fergus Falls and Breckenridge and US Highway 2 from Crookston to East Grand Forks. Also, travel was not recommended on I-94 from Moorhead to Highway 59 near Fergus Falls.
The North Dakota DOT was advising no travel in several counties in northeastern and north-central North Dakota and extended the advisory to Cass, Barnes and other counties in the southeastern part of the state.
