When is the last time you slept and actually felt fully rested?
There is a type of yoga practice that focuses on deep relaxation. It's called Yoga Nidra and the only pose is lying down.
Instructors said that 30 minutes can feel like the equivalent of three or four hours of sleep.
Myrtle Beach yoga instructor Jessica Durivage will offer a free online workshop Wednesday night because she believes everyone needs good rest.
“For me, one of the most important aspects of rest and why I think everyone should do it is it helps us tap into our creativity, to our imagination, and to a vision of what we want our life to be like," said Durivage.
She said other benefits include improved sleep and reduced insomnia, sleep and depression.
