Caruso (foot/conditioning) is listed as probable for Wednesday's contest against the Cavaliers, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports.
Caruso is expected to be available Wednesday for the first time since Dec. 20. He was initially sidelined due to a sprained left foot, but he was also away from the team for 11 days due to COVID-19 protocols. Johnson reports that coach Billy Donovan strongly implied the veteran would be under a minutes limit when he does return, so he will likely come off the bench until he's back to his usual 25-to-30 minutes per game.
