Forbes recently released their list of the highest earning content creators from the world of YouTube, and it includes a lot of familiar and non-familiar faces for many fans.

At the top, it’s none other than Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, with estimated earnings of $54 million. With his extravagant video ideas such as the real-life Squid Games, it’s no secret that 2021 was MrBeast’s party, where everyone was invited to experience the thrills along with him.

Second on the list is YouTuber turned pro boxer Jake Paul, with a $45 million paycheck for the year 2021. Most of the younger Paul brother’s earnings come from the three major boxing matches he fought in, against MMA fighters Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.

Jake’s older brother Logan also made the list at the ninth spot after earning around $18 million. The older Paul has made a killing in the NFT world with the release of his own collection.

Along with that, his Pokémon collection continues to grow, even though his recent $3.5 million purchase turned out to be fraudulent. While he may have placed in the lower half of the top 10 list, many would argue that he will be placed higher in 2022 after announcing his latest venture in a hydration brand with British YouTuber and rapper, KSI.

American YouTubers Markiplier and Good Mythical Morning stars Rhett and Link took the third and fourth spot on Forbes’ list after racking up earnings of $38 million and $30 million, respectively.

The list also has two major YouTubers who sold their video catalog to Spotter. This includes the Houston-born YouTuber Unspeakable and 7-year-old sensation Nastya, with both earning upwards of $28 million.

Everyone’s favorite Ryan’s World star, Ryan Kaji, dropped six places from last year’s ranking to place seventh this year with a $27 million payday in 2021. Trickshot kings Dude Perfect is also present as well at the eighth spot, along with gaming star Preston who placed tenth.

The list contains some of America’s biggest content creators, and even with the pandemic causing many issues for them, these YouTubers have still somehow come out on top, and it will be interesting to see if their high-flying success will grow at this pace in 2022.
