Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky Sell Bel-Air Mansion Her 'RHOBH' Co-Star Sutton Stracke 'Almost' Burned Down

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her real estate tycoon husband, Mauricio Umansky, have sold the Bel-Air mansion that Kyle's co-star, Sutton Stracke, was renting last year.
The 6,229-square-foot estate contains seven bedrooms, nine-bathrooms, a movie theater, a spacious office, a large pool, a spa, a multi-purpose sports court and much more.
Kyle and Mauricio ended up accepting $6.1 million for the property, which is pretty darn close to the $6.495 million they were asking.
As RadarOnline.com previously and exclusively reported, Richards and Umanksy ended up raising the asking price in November after having listing it for $5.695 million the month prior.
The longtime couple bought the house in 2011 for $3 million and made numerous renovations over the years, including an overhaul of the interior spearheaded by longtime pal Faye Resnick.
Kyle and Mauricio now live in Encino.
Prior to its sale, their former family home had been on and off the market at varying prices since 2017, but when the pandemic struck, Richards and Umansky had a hard time finding a buyer.
It just so happened that her on- and offscreen friend was looking for a temporary abode, and in moved Stracke, who at the time was recently divorced.

The home almost caught fire due to a fireplace mishap, which the castmates were able to joke about during the Season 11 reunion.
"[Sutton] was a great tenant, although she did almost burn my house down," Kyle told Bravo boss Andy Cohen at the time. "They just did a walk-through, and they were like, 'Um, the house was almost burned down.'"
It's possible Bravo fans will get to see the sale of the estate on the upcoming season, which is currently filming.
As we previously and exclusively reported, Stracke is set to return as a full-time cast member, as is fellow newcomer Crystal Kung Minkoff.
Contrary to rumors that began circulating last month, the 50-year-old Southern Bell from Augusta and 38-year-old descendant of ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius (no, really) were not demoted and will not appear as "friends of" when the hit show returns with new episodes.
Sources familiar with the situation assured us that any speculation of producers being unhappy with their performances was "inaccurate."
