Finally, after 990 days, Tilted Towers has officially returned to Fortnite! Chapter Three, Season One of the popular game kicked off on December 5, and was the first hint that âTiltedâ was going to be reinstated. Prior to Tuesday's update, the city appeared to be frozen underneath a blanket of snow, right where the original drop spot was back in 2018.

So, what happened to the popular drop spot? The original Tilted Towers has been hit by two of the worst natural disasters possible. First, a meteor hit, then a volcano knocked out most of the city. You can read up on the full extent of Tilted's origin and fate here.
Now, the city is back like it never left. If you have never experienced Titled Towers before, be warned: the landing spot isn't for casual players. Tilted is notorious for âsweatsâ and âtry-hards,â so be ready for anything if you are planning on checking it out. And, with the city's track record, it's likely susceptible to more tornadoes than the average drop spot.
Fortnite underwent its most recent update beginning at 4 AM EST and was ready for players by a little after 6 AM EST. One of Fortnite's official Twitter accounts announced the finalized v19.10 update early Tuesday morning.

Along with the reinstallation of Tilted Towers, new creatures have been added to the game. The dragon-like animals are called âKlombos,â and can benefit players if they happen to run into them. According to a release from The Fortnite Team, players can âAscend their tails to get to the blowhole on their heads, then get launched a great distance upwards to escape a tricky situation. Theyâve also been known to sneeze out items after snacking a bit!â
