Bad news Celiniacs ... Celine Dion has canceled the rest of the shows on the North American leg of her “Courage World Tour” and that includes her Portland date.

Will your heart go on? One hopes.

Dion has “recently has been treated for severe and persistent muscle spasms which are preventing her from performing, and her recovery is taking longer than she hoped,” according to a release sent out Saturday.

Dion was originally scheduled to appear at Moda Center in Portland in April 2020. As you might imagine, that didn’t happen.

That show was pushed back twice and now, won’t happen at all.

“I was really hoping that I’d be good to go by now,” Dion said in the release, “but I suppose I just have to be more patient and follow the regimen that my doctors are prescribing.”

“There’s a lot of organizing and preparation that goes into our shows, and so we have to make decisions today which will affect the plans two months down the road,” she continued. “I’ll be so glad to get back to full health, as well as all of us getting past this pandemic, and I can’t wait to be back on stage again.”

Anyone who purchased tickets with a credit card should see an automatic refund. For questions about your ticket, contact the ticket seller.

And don’t worry. You will always have Dion in your dreams.
