Teresa Giudice doesn’t seem to have any luck when it comes to selling the longtime marital home she shared with her ex, Joe Giudice.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star has slashed the price of her Montville, New Jersey home once again. The home was first listed back in September 2020 for $2.5 million before being dropped to $2.248 million in January 2021. On Thursday, the price went down to $2 million.

Giudice, 49, is “desperate to unload the property,” an insider revealed, after initially finding a buyer who backed out after a nine-month escrow process.

She even switched real estate agents from Joshua Baris of Coldwell Banker Realty to Michelle Pais of Signature Realty.

The reality star has wanted to sell the home as part of her “moving on” process following her divorce from her ex-husband.
Teresa Giudice slashed the price of her marital home and found a new real estate agent after a prospective buyer backed out.

“It’s hard for me to sell the house,” she revealed on camera in a confessional in the latest season of “RHONJ.” “[My ex-husband] Joe and I built the house together; we raised our four daughters in that home.”

“I am ready for a new beginning,” she added. “I’m looking for a fresh start.”
A turret-like entryway and a Juliet balcony create a regal exterior to the palatial home.
The inside of the front door has sculpted wings as handles, opening onto a black marble floor and a two-story foyer with a Cinderella staircase.

The stone and stucco house has a formal dining room with a hand-carved fireplace, a two-story great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a wine cellar and an office.
The “RHONJ” star’s six-bedroom, 5 ½-bathroom mansion spans 10,000 square feet on 3.7 acres of property.
The now-split couple bought the property for $530,000 in 2002 and custom-built the house, which was completed in 2008.

Made up of six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the stone and stucco structure spans 10,000 square feet and is situated on almost 4 acres of land.

Features include a gourmet chef’s kitchen with a center island, stainless steel appliances and a butler’s pantry. The estate comes with a formal dining room, family room, wine cellar and a two-story great room with a wood-burning fireplace, according to the listing.

Meanwhile, Teresa has since moved in with her fiancé, Luis Ruelas, to a $3.35 million property they purchased in February.

The decor is the reason it has not sold. She has no taste to decorate or she had very bad advice. When a potential buyer walks thru the door all they see is is rehab $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

From what I remember I think Joe Guidice's father Frank is buried somewhere in their yard but I could be wrong... I personally wouldn't buy that house just for that reason.., I have never heard of a case where the escrow hasn't closed in 9 months...

I hope I’m not out of line, but I have to ask—is this a lady or a man in the photo? I am starting to not be able to tell anymore.
