Teresa Giudice’s palace price slashed after delayed deal falls through

Teresa Giudice doesn’t seem to have any luck when it comes to selling the longtime marital home she shared with her ex, Joe Giudice.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star has slashed the price of her Montville, New Jersey home once again. The home was first listed back in September 2020 for $2.5 million before being dropped to $2.248 million in January 2021. On Thursday, the price went down to $2 million.

Giudice, 49, is “desperate to unload the property,” an insider revealed, after initially finding a buyer who backed out after a nine-month escrow process.

She even switched real estate agents from Joshua Baris of Coldwell Banker Realty to Michelle Pais of Signature Realty.

The reality star has wanted to sell the home as part of her “moving on” process following her divorce from her ex-husband.

“It’s hard for me to sell the house,” she revealed on camera in a confessional in the latest season of “RHONJ.” “[My ex-husband] Joe and I built the house together; we raised our four daughters in that home.”

“I am ready for a new beginning,” she added. “I’m looking for a fresh start.”
