In the latest TV ratings, ABC’s coverage of the Rams/Cardinals NFL Wild Card game averaged 10.4 million total viewers and a 2.2 demo rating, obviously leading Monday in both measures.
Over on CBS, The Neighborhood (5.6 mil/0.6), Bob Hearts Abishola (5.3 mil/0.5) and NCIS (7 mil/0.5) all grew in audience, with The Neighborhood also ticking up in the demo. NCIS: Hawai’i (4.8 mil/0.4) dropped a handful of eyeballs.
The CW’s 4400 returned to a best-since-premiere 457,000 viewers, and a 0.1 demo rating.
NBC’s latest Kenan double pump (averaging 1.5 mil/0.3), That’s My Jam (1.9 mil/0.4) and Ordinary Joe (1.34 mil/0.2) each dropped some viewers while steady in the demo, with Joe hitting a new audience low ahead of next week’s finale.

The Live+Same Day numbers reported in our ratings column do not reflect a show’s overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers (Nielsen fast nationals, unless denoted as finals) instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. RIP Ordinary Joe.

Strange they renewed NCIS: Hawai’i early when it’s dropping in audience. I guess NCIS will get Season 20? I wonder if this is NCIS: L.A. last season? Would it based on the ratings or if Chris O’Donell and L.L. Cool J still want to do it for another season?
Eric Christian Olsen’s tweet which included #thefinalseason would certainly suggest that NCIS: LA is ending.
That links to the final season of Attack on Titan.
NCIS: Hawaii has not yet been renewed for a second season. It did receive a full season order for it’s first season. But it likely will be renewed.
I hope they wrap up all the story lines on Ordinary Joe in the final episode next week, because that’s probably going to be it
Yeah shows with novel concepts like The Big Leap and Ordinary Joe just don’t resonate with the masses. Maybe because they involve a modicum of intelligence to understand the sophisticated plotllnes and “average joe”after dinner and plopping into the recliner wants to turn his brain off and watch cop kill bad guy stuff or (un)reality show. Those two shows mentioned above deserve another chance on a niche channel.
Or maybe the show is boring and the masses do not want to waste an hour of their week.
Exactly. It’s become a muddled mess. By the way, Lost was a pretty complex show and that was a huge hit. It’s all about execution. Ordinary Joe lost its way real fast. It’s too bad, because it was one of my favorite shows when it premiered.
Agreed. OJ is a great show that will probably be canceled unfortunately.
How does a laugh-free sitcom like THE NEIGHBORHOOD exist?? This show is devoid of anything remotely humorous!!
Hey, Cedric the Entertainer: Try living up to your self-imposed moniker!!
The obvious answer is that different people have different opinions of what they find to be humorous. Since The Neighborhood is doing quite successful for scripted network comedies in both ratings and total viewership clearly there are a heck of a lot of people that do not share your opinion.
Some episodes are funny some are not….its not consistent but still one of the best multicamera comedies on air at the moment
I like “Ordinary Joe,” but it is a show, at least for me, that you have to stick with until the end of episode to get the pay off. I hope NBC stays with it for another season.
Please ordinary Joe season 2. So good soap opera drama. Love this show.
Bye, Joe. You intrigued me at first, but now I’m just hate-watching you. I started watching it for the Joe/Jenny romance, but since it’s really about the Joe/Amy romance, I’ve become a disgruntled viewer. It’s too bad. You had so much promise.

What are you talking sbout
I think The CW should switch to Plan B, Plan C, or something. Maybe pair up with netflix, prime, etc.
I still say Ordinary Joe is one of the better shows on right now. I just think people can’t follow it and are too lazy to try.
Absolutely loved this weeks Neighborhood. One of the funniest in a long time.
1.34 million… Guess this is a sign that it’s time to quit watching Ordinary Joe and delete all my DVR recordings of it.
