The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City girls' trip to Zion has only just begun, and it's already been full of drama for the group. But amid all of the chaos, there was one instance of peace that really left an impression on the women.

That was the labyrinth walk led by Betina, a shaman spirit guide, which was featured in the January 16 episode of RHOSLC. During the ceremony, the Salt Lake City Housewives walked through a labyrinth in an effort to "release what doesn't serve you anymore," as Betina instructed the ladies in the episode. "As you come out later, you'll be open to whatever the highest good is the universe wants to provide for you," she explained.

The labyrinth walk had a profound impact on the group, according to Heather Gay, who reflected on the ceremony in The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show, which you can view, above. "It was a beautiful, amazing ceremony, and I feel like it set the tone for us to commune with the land and the nature we were in — and with each other," Heather shared in the Bravo Insider exclusive clip, adding that she felt like the women were also able to put "all of these huge, painful issues aside and just recognize each other as women and mothers and friends and sisters, and bond together as friends."

Meredith Marks agreed that this was "the way to kick off this trip." "Like, let's find our inner peace and our calm, and that would be great, you know?" she said in the RHOSLC After Show. "That would set us off on a good start to this trip."
