As the demand for testing continues, free at-home rapid COVID-19 tests will be available to order through a government website this week.

Starting tomorrow, residents will be able to request free rapid antigen tests at covidtests.gov.

On the website, residents will be able to order up to four tests per household.

The first shipments will be going out to Americans by the end of the month.

Private insurers are required to cover the cost of up to eight at-home rapid tests per month per insured person.
