I’m guessing that if you have done any outdoor cooking it’s been in warm weather, and if you have a grill or firepit on your patio, it’s probably covered up right now.

But there’s really no reason to consign outdoor cooking to the summer, as a Summit Metro Parks’ naturalist will demonstrate at the F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm. Dress warmly and join a recipe demo on “Cooking in Nature” around an outdoor campfire. Samples will be available while supplies last. It’s free but registration is required.
