Djokovik's exemption was due to having Covid-19 within 30 days of entry. He is anti-vax but not a Covid-19 "denialist". Contracting Covid-19 has been shown to provide future protection equal or better than vaccination. He did make a mistake on his form, but appeared to be a victim of a bureaucratic snafu where adopted policy conflicted with politics.
