On January 17, a post titled "Jang Wonyoung must felt frustrated at the rumors that she was copying Free Zia" was shared to South Korean online community forums. The internet user who made the post pointed out that if you search Jang Wonyoung, Free Zia shows up as a related term.

The idol has been accused of copying the influencer in the post. This is because both stars shared an Instagram post at the same restaurant, and the two had similar poses. Articles were even written about the situation, with people claiming Jang Wonyoung was trying to mimic Song Ji Ah.

However, it was later revealed that Jang Wonyoung had posted her photo first, and Song Ji Ah posted her photos after Jang Wonyoung did. The user stated in their post, "I hope that the people who caused this misunderstanding will clear up the speculation."

Internet users who saw the post acknowledged that Jang Wonyoung was accused of copying Song Ji Ah multiple times for the most minuscule of details, such as make-up styles and clothing. Others pointed out that the ones accusing Jang Wonyoung are mostly Song Ji Ah fans, who want the influencer to be the only one with that type of image.

However, other internet users slammed the original poster for trying to make the issue bigger. One user commented, "Jang Wonyoung is Jang Wonyoung and Free Zia is Free Zia. Please do not bring down one or the other; it is not a good sight to see."
